Joe is a 1980 graduate of the University of North
Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.
He came to Edwards & Hedrick as a partner in 1992. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Valuation Analyst.
Joe has experience in both corporate and public accounting. His wide
scope of experience allows him to service a diverse group of clients
with management consulting, business succession planning, tax planning,
and governmental, nonprofit and for profit financial statement audits.
Joe and his wife Beth currently reside in Greer
along with their daughter Elizabeth. They are active members at
Mountain View Methodist where Joe has served as Chairman of Finance and
Chairman of Administrative Counsel. Joe has also held various civic
offices including Treasurer of Greer Chamber of Commerce, President of
the Greer, Lyman, and Taylors Rotary Club. He has supported the local
PTA's by serving as Treasurer for Skyland Elementary and Blue Ridge
High School. Joe's hobbies include restoring classic cars and fishing.
